In 1985, Hermann Silling became the owner and managing director of his parents’ carpentry firm near the city of Münster, Germany. He developed the firm into an internationally active company manufacturing hotel furniture.

During this time, Hermann Silling and his team expanded their knowledge both in the field of hotel furnishing and in hotel administration, also on the international market. Over time, the company evolved to become a service provider offering comprehensive design solutions, which were successfully implemented in the projects.

This meant that the carpentry firm became one business unit among a wide range of other fields of production. In 2000, Hermann Silling took over International-Hotel-Furnishing GmbH, which provides complete solutions for the fitout and renovation of hotels. These include hotels of all categories, from basic accommodations to five star luxury hotels.

We have complemented our many years of experience by continuous, comprehensive education. This is how we are able to meet our clients’ high demands, and to convince them of our ability to perform.

In 2008, Hermann Silling developed "International Project Management". With the experience and knowledge gained in the past decades, combined with clear, transparent processes, we will continue to make our clients’ projects a success by providing the best possible service.
